Taxi Libre: Employment Discrimination in Canada

I’d like to share my interview director Kaveh Nabatian and actors Marco Ledezma and Omar Alexix Ramos from the short Film Taxi Libre.

The movie, nominated to the Worldwide Short Film Festival, reflects the issue of racial discrimination in employment (known commonly as the “No Canadian Experience” barrier) in provinces such as Quebec and Ontario.

The film maker and actors have presented this reality beautifully and I hope this short film contributes to make a difference in welcoming foreign professionals to work for a better Canada.

    Giusse,
